You
might call it Computer Scrapbooking. You
can restore and prepare your most precious photos for
display on a memory page, then pass it down through
the generations. Memory pages can be re-printed for
as many family members as you would like. Each son or
daughter can receive a book of their family history
to pass down through the generations of their families.
By
preparing your photos on the computer we can restore
old pictures, take off the ugly pen markings, crease
marks, and even repair where the picture has been torn.
The color can be restored and sharpened to display very
closely to what it was originally, and maybe even better
by enlarging it. You have the ability to resize your
photos, placing as many or as few on a page as you like
on each page. We can place them into "frames,"
add backgrounds and add graphics around them to set
them off, just as you do in regular scrapbooking.
Memory
Pages can be just about any size, but producing them
in 8 1/2 x 11and fitting them into sheet protectors
in a 3-ring binder is probably the simplest way to reproduce
them for several albums. You can see large

The
photo of the couple in the first wedding photo above
was taken in front of a scarred wall. I simply
took the people out of the picture and placed them in
a scenic background. The wedding party in the
picture below it was standing in front of a black curtain
with a dirty vent above them. I replaced the curtain
and vent with a plain wall. You can see the before

When
drawings or photos are prepared they can appear to "pop
out" on the page. Simple drawings can resemble
such things as an emblem made of copper or silver (see
the Photo
Editing and Restoration page to view the picture
of a crest in which this was done to), or a fabric
appliqué, such as you see in the doll in the lower picture
to the right (she was simply a colored drawing in
the beginning).
